Interior and exterior work carries a craftsmanship warranty of 5 to 9 years, set per job based on the product, the surface and the scope. Railings and fences carry 2 years, and deck walking surfaces carry 30 days, because horizontal wood takes foot traffic, water and snow that vertical surfaces never do.
Yes. Halls, lobbies, stairwells and amenity rooms, as well as building exteriors, railings and balconies. Pick what you need on the form and we'll scope it.
