Offices, retail and storefronts, restaurants, cafes and breweries, and strata or multi-unit common areas. If you're a large industrial site, say so upfront and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Yes. BC licensed (FM1112157) and carrying $3M in general liability insurance. We'll send the certificate straight to your property manager or landlord if they need it on file.
We contain the work zone, use low-odour products where the space is still in use, and agree access and key handling before day one. You'll know which areas are out of action and when.
Yes. We can split a building into sections or elevations and quote each one, so you can approve and spend in stages rather than all at once.
