Companion Painting sends text messages to people who have given us their mobile number and asked us to get in touch. Messages relate to your estimate, your booking, updates while the work is underway, and a follow up after the job is finished. We may also ask how the job went and invite you to leave a review.
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and submitting a form on this website, by texting us first, or by giving your number to us in person or over the phone and asking us to follow up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies and depends on your enquiry and your job. Most customers receive a small number of messages relating to their own estimate or booking. We do not send recurring marketing blasts.
Message and data rates may apply. Companion Painting does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be affected by your network or handset.
